Union Plus Mortgage Company is a corporation founded by the AFL-CIO to provide current and retired union members and their families mortgages through a union-controlled company.

Our Mission - Today and Always
Our mission then and now is simple - to provide you with the right mortgage, great customer service, and access to the unique Union Plus Mortgage Assistance Program, which provides members with hardship benefits.  We believe that supporting our union members through good and bad times keeps our unions strong.

While we are a new company today, in 2017, we will be expanding with a unionized workforce.  Our Board of Directors is comprised of key staff members of the AFL-CIO, Union Privilege, and Union Plus Mortgage Company.
