Unique Options, LLC provides a productive quality of life for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries through successful, long term, post injury employment. Real work is imperative, and constructive Vocational Rehabilitation cannot be achieved in a setting where arts and crafts, and “busy work,” are the main focus. Clients work on real jobs with deadlines, quality standards and customer expectations. A close staff to client ratio (1:3) is critical. Real work also allows for clients to earn at least minimum wage and eliminates pay based on either piece rate or deviated wage scale. Over the past 10 years, we have proven that successful, long term employment is possible for all individuals with traumatic brain injuries.
