Educating Tomorrow's Leaders Today is the Unistream way of preparing youth for business and social leadership throughout the rest of their adult lives.
Unistream's program trains youth to cope with the complex socio-economic reality of the business and hi-tech world in Israel. This is combined with cultivating their potential as leaders characterized by social and communal consciousness. The program is anchored in a democratic worldview and values of mutual respect and tolerance.
Entrepreneur and businessman, Rony Zarom founded Unistream as a means for promoting his vision for reducing socio-economic gaps in Israeli society. Unistream was founded on the belief in untapped potential begging cultivation for the next generation in Israel's periphery. The role of Unistream is to educate these youth to realize their full potential, by introducing them to the tools which will serve them in this mission. 

עמותת יוניסטרים הוקמה  ע"י רוני צארום, יזם ואיש עסקי על מנת לפעול למען צמצום הפערים החברתיים-כלכליים בישראל.      
מטרת העמותה הינה להכשיר בני נוער המתגוררים בפריפריה להשתלב בעולם העסקים והיזמות ולהפוך למנהיגים עסקיים בישראל. אנו מאמינים כי חשיפת בני הנוער לעולם העיסקי, הענקת ידע, ערכים ומיומנויות הנדרשים להשתלבות בעולם זה, יסללו להם את הדרך להיות מובילים בעולם היזמות וההייטק ובעלי ערך לחברה הישראלית.

פורום עמיתי יוניסטרים -כולל מאות אנשי עסקים בכירים המלווים את נוער יוניסטרים ומשמשים עבורם מקור לידע למודל לחיקוי 

 ,יוניסטרים פועלת ב12 יישובים בפריפריה החברתית-כלכלית ומעניקה מענה לכל גווני החברה הישראלית- יהודים דתיים וחלוניים ערבים מוסלמים ונוצרים,  דרוזים ובדואים.
