UCP is a cocoa processing company focused on specialty cocoa products such as customized, single origin or certified products. In our manufacturing process we start with cocoa beans and produce cocoa nibs, cocoa liquor (also known as chocolate liquor, cocoa mass, or chocolate mass), cocoa butter, cocoa cake and cocoa powder. We have been heavily involved in certified products since 2006, focusing most of our sourcing and marketing efforts into expanding this market niche. Today, the majority of UCP's products are certified within one framework or another.
