The United Group is a Saudi-based organization operating in the food and beverage services sector, with its base in ad Dammām in the Eastern Province. It traces its origins to 1972, when the United Trading Corporation was established to import and distribute food products to retail and wholesale markets under founder Mr. Khalid Hajj. The group later expanded into processing and packaging through United Food Industries Corp. in 1984 and added a cheese manufacturing capability in 1992 with technical guidance from Schreiber Foods of Wisconsin.

In 1997, United Food Services was formed to serve as the exclusive distribution center for McDonald's in Saudi Arabia, marking a key logistics capability for national fast‑food networks. By 2001, the group began developing restaurant concepts via United Restaurants Development Co., which is now Cravia. In recent years, the group has pursued growth and expansion across its operating companies, building a multi-faceted business that spans import, processing, packaging, cheese manufacturing, and large-scale distribution for fast-food brands, while maintaining a mid-sized regional footprint.
