For 40 + years United Transmission Exchange has been rebuilding and servicing Allison Transmissions for heavy duty on-highway vehicles.  UTX is the largest independent remanufacturing facility in California.   With our large inventory of transmissions we get you back on the road and back to business fast.  We ship or deliver to commercial, municipal and military customers throughout California, other western states and Canada.  We offer the choice of remove-and-replace services in our shop or at your own facility.

UTX has rebuilt more than 40,000 Allison Transmissions with a 99% success rate. Each transmission is quality-control tested on our Hicklin dynamometers to meet or exceed OEM specifications.  We take pride in the fact that we  have the best technicians in the business, use the highest quality parts and the best rebuild techniques. Founded in 1975, and acquired by retired NFL player Tommy Mason, family-owned United Transmission Exchange is led by Karen Mason, CEO.
