United Tribes Technical College (UTTC) is a nonprofit tribal college located at 3315 University Drive, Bismack nd Bismarck, North Dakota 58504, United States, founded in 1969 by the United Tribes of North Dakota Development Corporation and operated by five tribes: the Three Affiliated Tribes, Spirit Lake Tribe, Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate, Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, and Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians. It offers education administration programs as part of its academic offerings and employs between 201 and 500 people. The college is governed by a ten-member board of directors, with the chairperson and one delegate from each of the five tribes. UTTC was the second tribal college established in the United States and is a founding member of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium. It has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission since 1987, with a comprehensive accreditation visit conducted in 2021.
