Based on the north side of Chicago, my CPA firm provides a variety of accounting, tax, and financial management services throughout the Chicago area.  

I work with a variety of small businesses with a focus on tax planning for the business and its owners.  This may involve incorporating a new business, analyzing the most beneficial corporate structure of an existing business, or basic accounting or quickbooks assistance.

I also provide tax return preparation services for individuals.  In addition to basic 1040's, this often includes resolving IRS notices, filing returns for multiple years, amending returns, and dealing with other "unusual" tax situations such as the new homebuyer tax credit.

Additionally, I specialize in serving non-profit organizations.  Many non-profits are required to file an annual information tax return and submit audited financial statements to regulators or granting agencies.  I have an extensive background providing these services from very large to very small organizations.
