Uplift Strength & Spirit is a fitness studio in downtown Washington, DC. We specialize in teaching strength training and yoga in a welcoming space. We work with people of all levels of experience to ensure good form and progression. Mobility, alignment, and injury prevention are all key to increasing strength in a healthy, sustainable way, so we pay attention to movement patterns and work around pain, instead of pushing through it. We also understand that nutrition is a big piece of the puzzle and work with our clients to improve eating habits and fix any nutritional deficiencies.
