Upwardly Global unleashes the potential of immigrants to secure skill-aligned careers through industry-specific coaching, digital training, and employer partnerships. We work with organizations to expand their talent pools and implement effective hiring practices, while advocating for policies that strengthen the American economy and local communities.

Today in the U.S., more than two million work-authorized immigrants, refugees, and asylees with professional experience and international degrees are unemployed or underemployed, working survival-wage jobs that leave them and their families struggling to make ends meet. 

For over 20 years, Upwardly Global has connected work-authorized immigrant professionals by helping them secure skill-aligned jobs to ensure a competitive workforce, build resilient communities, and contribute to a robust U.S. economy. 

To date, Upwardly Global has helped over 11,000 immigrants, refugees, and asylees obtain thriving-wage jobs. Our goal is to serve 25,000 job seekers in 2025.
