The Company's Nichols Ranch ISR Mine commenced production on April 15, 2014 and is located the Powder River Basin of Wyoming where it controls a large strategic land position. Uranerz’ management team has specialized expertise in the ISR uranium mining method, and has a successful track record of licensing, constructing, and operating ISR uranium projects. Uranerz has a processing agreement with Cameco, the world’s largest public uranium company, and has entered into long-term uranium sales contracts for a portion of its planned production with two of the largest nuclear utilities in the U.S., including Exelon.
