Our Mission: To break the cycle of social, material and spiritual poverty and build healthy communities. Our Vision: All people reconciled with God, where everyone is engaged and thriving in community. Our Approach: We believe individual and community transformation requires a relational and holistic approach. Therefore, we engage neighbors and meet needs in our community, which provide pathways to develop authentic relationships. We work in five Program Areas: • Neighborhood Transformation • Youth development • Economic Development • Health and Wellness • Reconciliation In delivering our programs, we operate through two models: • Community Development Hubs: Program hubs located at churches and focus on children, youth, and engaging their families. • Community Development Initiatives: Initiatives address systemic issues of poverty and provide opportunity for the broader community to engage in community development together.
