UIPPM holds the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The AMO® accreditation is awarded to only those real estate firms that have a track record of high performance, experience, stability and financial accountability – and have a Certified Property Manager directing and supervising the management company. In addition, AMO ® firms must abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute.

We currently manage over 3,000 multifamily units in the Metropolitan Washington area and provide work-out solutions; act as Asset Managers, Lease-Up specialists and Court appointed Receiver for dozens of other properties.
