Our leaseholder centric service grew wholly from winning over established management companies demanding more. Fast forward ten years, urbanbubble expanded nationally and saw the team caring for Build to Rent (BtR) schemes across Bath, Birmingham, London and Leeds. In addition, 1,500 rental apartments across Blackfriars, Deansgate Square’s West Tower, Anco&Co and Crescent, were added to our portfolio.
