U.S. Agri-Services Group (USASG) is a service group specializing in Farm Management, Farm Real Estate, and Farm Consulting.  We provide services for absentee landowners, bank trust departments, individual trustees, investors, foundations, and non-profit organizations.

USASG has its roots firmly placed in agriculture.  President Bill Hughes has a degree in Agri-Business Economics and previously held the role as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager in one of America's largest fiduciary farm management companies before starting USASG.  He also operates his own family's centennial farm located in Washington County, IL where he produces corn, soybeans, and wheat.

Farmland ownership is not exclusively for the farmer.  U.S. Agri-Services Group can model a farmland investment strategy to provide portfolio diversification through the direct ownership of farmland.  Since the 1950's the value of farmland has appreciated at a rate 2% higher than inflation.  In addition to the inflation hedge, the benefits of investing in farmland include: a predictable cash rent income stream, stable returns, portfolio diversification, tax benefits, and increasing global demand for food.  

U.S. Agri-Services Group provides farm management services to maximize farm returns for landowners.  Our key responsibilities are to: collect cash rents, market commodities, secure property insurance, negotiate fair and equitable leases, select farm operators, and pay real estate taxes.  We can also provide analysis and budgets for improvement projects in order to increase property value.
