U.S. Figure Skating is the national governing body for the sport of figure skating in the United States, recognized by the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee and the International Skating Union. It includes more than 770 member clubs and more than 1,000 Learn to Skate USA programs, representing about 222,890 members. The organization is responsible for developing the sport at all levels in the United States, including athletes and officials, sanctioning events and exhibitions, and establishing the rules and guidelines by which the sport is governed; its mission is to create and cultivate opportunities for participation and achievement in figure skating. The national headquarters are in Colorado Springs, Colorado, which also houses the World Figure Skating Museum and Hall of Fame. Based at 20 First Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80906, it operates in the spectator sports industry, employs 501-1000 people, and maintains the website usfigureskating.org; in June 2026, Kevin Rosenstein was announced as President.
