USAging is a national association that represents and supports the network of Area Agencies on Aging and advocates for the Title VI Native American Aging Programs. Its member agencies assist older adults and people with disabilities to maintain health, independence, and dignity in their homes and communities, while supporting caregivers. They deliver a broad range of home- and community-based services, including information and referral, case management, home-delivered and congregate meals, in-home services, transportation, caregiver supports, and wellness programs, as well as long-term care ombudsman activities, to help people age well—including those with chronic illness or dementia. Based in Washington, DC, USAging operates as a national, mid-sized organization in the public policy sector, dedicated to advancing policy, sparking innovation, and strengthening the capacity of aging and home- and community-based services. In 2025, it launched the Helping You Live Long and Stay Strong campaign to broaden public outreach while continuing collaboration with its member network.
