Vai Voando operates in Brazil's travel arrangements sector, offering a pre-paid purchase system for air travel, road transport, and lodging. The model lets customers split purchases into up to 12 payments without income verification, guarantor, or credit checks, removing typical financing bureaucracy. It is described as the first and only company in its market to provide these pre-paid benefits across transport and accommodation.

Based in São Paulo, São Paulo, the company has been active for more than eight years and is part of the Flytour group. It maintains partnerships with major national airlines and hotels, underpinning its travel offerings. It has a sales network of more than 530 points of sale across peripheral communities and has transported over 575,000 passengers, the majority of whom flew for the first time using its system, with a strong presence in favelas and other underserved areas.
