ValCon was organized in January 1975 to provide our clients with construction related services for real property. We have historically provided a broad range of services since our inception. Our service offerings are typically defined by the clients’ interest in the real estate including Developers, Owners, Investors, and Lenders. Our level of engagement has varied from consultant/advisor to active manager of construction.

ValCon is staffed by professionals who have long-term experience in the construction industry. They combine a thorough knowledge of construction with a practical understanding of the needs of the Owner, and Investor. We utilize a team approach to our projects and may supplement our staff with specialty consultants depending upon project needs. Several members of our staff as well as our consultants can be working on your project at any given time. This team is coordinated by a senior member of ValCon who will act as your primary contact throughout the project for communication on all topics. Our team performance has earned the company a reputation for integrity and professional competence, as well as a high percentage of repeat business from major clients.
