Valley Blacktopping, Inc. is a third generation, family owned asphalt paving company based in Eagan, Minnesota, proudly serving the Twin Cities metro area. Founded in 1976, we are celebrating 50 years of delivering dependable, high quality pavement solutions for residential and commercial customers.

We specialize in asphalt driveways, parking lots, and pavement repairs, with a strong emphasis on proper grading, base preparation, and drainage.
