Valley Inspired Products (VIP) is well known and respected throughout the respiratory care industry for our patient- and application-focused independent product testing and clinical evaluations. When manufacturers, clinicians and/or patients want quality, unbiased third-party testing on their products, they come to VIP. VIP has completed numerous clinical and performance evaluations on products utilized in the home respiratory care field, and specifically has strong product knowledge of oxygen delivery systems, sleep products (CPAP devices and accessories, PSG, sleep screeners), and home ventilation products. Robert (Bob) McCoy, RRT, FAARC, has been the Managing Director of VIP since the company’s inception in 1997. Started with business partner Peter Bliss (who left to pursue other interests in 2004), VIP quickly became a respected third party testing house focusing on the clinical application and performance of home respiratory care products. Ryan Diesem, Research Manager, joined VIP in 2003 and has overseen all VIP product testing since then, including testing used for the 2007 Guide to Oxygen Conserving Devices and numerous manufacturer-sponsored and independent product performance comparisons.
