Valley Milk, LLC is a dairy product producer based in Turlock, California, founded in 2017 when a group of multi-generational dairy families, nutritionists, and veterinarians pursued a vertically integrated dairy ingredients operation. Commercial operations began in 2018 at a purpose-built milk powder facility on a 30-acre site in the Turlock Industrial Park, designed by Shambaugh & Sons, and the plant produces non-fat dry milk, skim milk powder, and whole milk powder. The company sources milk from dairy farms within roughly 45 miles, enabling farm-to-powder integration. 

In 2023, Valley Milk expanded to process cream into anhydrous milk fat, broadening its value-added product options for industrial and food-service customers; the AMF operation supports packaging in totes and drums for industrial users and bag-in-box formats for food service. The business has received industry recognition, including the 2019 Food Engineering Plant of the Year award, and has broadened its product line with launches such as regular and instant whole milk powder in 2026.
