Valmet Power is the market leader of boiler tube shields. Valmet Service Centers are proficient with sheet, plate & light structural fabrication and custom pressure part manufacturing.

Valmet Power is a forerunner in fluidized bed combustion for the pulp and paper industry and power producers, and a global leader in chemical recovery systems to pulp and paper mills. Valmet Power has designed and manufactured the world's largest recovery units and biomass-fired fluidized bed boilers. It has over 800 boiler and evaporator units installed worldwide.

Valmet Power's main operations are in Finland, Sweden, USA and Brazil, and have sales and engineering offices around the world. Valmet Power has four production manufacturing units, one concentrating on new boiler production and three concentrating on service business.

Process capabilities include: saws, shears, press brakes, punch presses, tube benders, CNC milling, manual machining, CNC laser cutter, high def plasma and welding SH-D equipment including related tools to augment production.

In addition to metal fabrication competence, the Fairmont Service Center’s knowledge and experience in maintaining a significant inventory of stainless steel sheet has provided a competitive advantage by controlling cost and delivery of our Customer’s products.
