Valo Networks provides network operations and management services to telecommunications and broadband network owners and operators.  We do this via our North American-based, 24/7, service center, staffed with service desk and network engineering experts providing Tier 1-4 network operations.  We monitor your network using your SOP and Management Tools, proactively identify and fix issues, respond to alarms, manage tickets and resolve as needed in coordination with your outside plant resources.  

Our staff are certified and trained with the industry vendors you know and trust such as Cisco, Nokia, Ciena, MRV, Juniper, HDI and ITIL 4 Axelos.  By centralizing these skills and people, our customers are able to supplement their own network staff and operations activity or use Valo's services exclusively.  In doing this, they can offer service desk and network monitoring 24/7 which provides for higher network availability and customer experience outcomes.  Valo's customers are spending less and providing higher performing networks and service levels.  

Valo provides services for last mile, middle mile and carrier networks.
