VanDemark & Lynch, Inc. is an engineering, planning, and surveying firm with a successful record of service to commercial, institutional, utility, industrial, and governmental clients.  Founded in 1937, our firm is comprised of a staff of more than 35 civil engineers, surveyors, technicians, and experienced managers who represent a full range of professional disciplines.  We provide complete engineering, planning, surveying, construction management, and inspection services to our customers throughout the Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania area.

VanDemark & Lynch approaches each new project by seeking innovative and practical solutions to its complexities and special circumstances.  Today, one of the most complex issues we face is the technological challenge of interfacing our computer generated plans with the plans generated by the other consultants on our clients’ design teams.  In order to meet this challenge, we are constantly assessing drafting technologies, and we have become a leader in the use of the current state-of-the-art drafting programs.  In addition, to assure our clients achieve their goals, we use a team-based project management system, which is responsive to the individual client’s needs.  We are proud of both our client list and the variety of projects completed.  It is significant that a major portion of our business comes from repeat clients.
