Vanguard Commercial Flooring provides commercial flooring installation and project management services for general contractors and owners across the Southeast. We manage the full flooring scope, from early coordination and product planning through installation, closeout, and ongoing product care.
Our team brings more than 25 years of combined experience delivering commercial construction projects of all sizes, including projects exceeding $2M. We install and support a wide range of commercial flooring systems, including LVT, carpet tile, broadloom, sheet vinyl, rubber, ceramic, porcelain, specialty flooring, and raised access flooring.

We are not a transactional flooring contractor. We take ownership of the flooring scope, coordinate closely with project teams, and stay engaged to reduce risk, protect schedules, and deliver work that performs over time.
