The Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens is a civic and social organization based in Astoria, New York, serving as a community hub for youth. Founded in 1955 by local residents seeking a constructive alternative to gang activity, the club aims to help young people reach their potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The 30,000-square-foot facility is open seven days a week and houses a swimming pool, makerspace, computer room, teaching kitchen, gym, auditorium, art and dance studios, a film studio, and an outdoor playground. It serves more than 4,000 youths each year and is described as the largest youth development organization in Western Queens. 

The club offers programs across Academic Enhancement, STEM, Healthy Living, and the Arts for children aged 6 to 18, including homework help, swimming and sports, coding, engineering, cooking, drama, dance, and media production. In 2026, the organization announced the development of an ice hockey rink at its Astoria clubhouse, with support from the NHL and NHLPA.
