SECTION 1: GENERAL VarnerMiller, LLC is a woman-owned 8(a) firm specializing in advanced learning techniques, presentation development, program support, logistics and documentation development. Our management commitment to consistently highly technical learning processes with an emphasis on task based learning, has placed us in the forefront of advanced learning techniques. We have developed new online learning tools that are available to our clients for rapid delivery of training.
