For more than 28 years my firm has represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil antitrust and related litigation, and defendants in white collar criminal proceedings (grand jury, trial and appeal).  These cases have included virtually every type of antitrust issue and have involved such industries as waste disposal, highway construction, soft drinks, residential real estate, parcel delivery, international construction, carpets, aluminum products, industrial chemicals, medical prostheses, poultry, vitamins, computers and fiberglass insulation.

In particular my firm's white collar criminal defense practice has been concentrated in the areas of antitrust; tax fraud; and securities and health care fraud.  In the white collar criminal area, the firm has had significant experience in assisting clients in responding to criminal enforcement efforts aimed at corporate entities and individual officers, directors and employees.  We also have significant experience in handling matters initiated by the United States Department of Justice and United States Attorney’s Offices.  In particular, we have expertise in dealing with the Leniency Program of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, having represented clients who were accepted into it.
