Building and Fire Plan Review: At VCA we hire Licensed Structural and Professional Engineers and ICC Certified Plans Examiners. Our capabilities are diverse, meaning no structure is too large or complex. Our experience includes all aspects of plan review such as architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire, Title 24 energy, ADA, seismic, flood and liquefaction, cannabis, solar, soils, soft-story, geotechnical, and CalGreen, to name a few. Structures include residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects.


Staff Augmentation: VCA provides as-needed staffing services to multiple jurisdictions with a strong pipeline of ICC certified on-call field staff for building department management, inspection, permitting, code enforcement, and counter plan check services. In addition we offer retained search services for hard-to-find technical positions such as city engineers and senior staff positions. In addition, VCA employs CASp experts for ADA site inspection and plan check.
