These services include seismic monitoring, pre-blast surveys, forensic engineering investigations, video depositions, legal technology, and video production. Our team of technical consultants bring their diverse experience and expertise to all of our projects.

VCE Inc. was originally incorporated as Vibration Control Engineering in 1975. It was established by Earl C. Hutchison, a business minded professional engineer with a diverse background in technical and engineering services. Our first services were provided by our Technical Division to the construction, mining and blasting industries. These quickly expanded to the insurance and legal industries through our Investigative Division and have continued through our Legal Technology and Video Productions divisions where they have reached all business sectors
