VENTURE UP, America's Team Builders, has worked on 5 continents since 1983. In the early years, company founders traveled the globe, guiding first-time alpinists to ascend notable peaks. Following graduate school at the University of Arizona, the began consulting with foreign government agencies and spoke at global conferences regarding multicultural relations and responsible travel. International publicity drew widespread attention to Venture Up in the 1980s and corporate leaders began hiring the firm for staff development. Venture Up became the first company ever devoted to team building. We coined the term "team building company" and others followed our lead. We credit our success to a steady stream of repeat clients who keep us innovative. Some of our clients have been with us for decades.
