Susan and Greg Skipper met at Advertising.com in 2005, following the company’s acquisition by AOL in 2004.

Most recently, Susan was the SVP & GM of Tribal Fusion’s global display advertising business unit, a division of Exponential Interactive. In 2010, she launched Tribal Fusion’s Baltimore office and Global Advertiser Delivery team, following several years at AOL leading trading teams.

Susan established Verde in 2015 as a consulting practice focused on the digital space, with an emphasis on commercial strategy and business operations. Recognizing the competitiveness for talent and the confusion around it in the space, she launched a recruiting practice soon after.

Greg most recently led North American Sales & Client Services at Criteo, following an 11+ year career at AOL. At AOL, he held various leadership roles across sales, sales strategy and operations, last serving as Vice President, National Sales. He joined Verde in 2018 and maintains an Adjunct Faculty role at the University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business.

Verde brings 25+ years of data driven digital media experience across sales, sales strategy, analytics, operations and client services. As hands-on operators in the space, we focus our work on the roles we’ve held, hired for, and partnered with, at a deep level, for many years.
