The Vermont Agency of Education provides leadership, support, and oversight to Vermont communities and local education leaders to help ensure every student can be successful. Guided by our statewide strategic plan, we are working toward a clear vision: giving every student both roots and wings. We collaborate with local, state, and national partners to lead innovation and manage change in Vermont education. The Agency also provides policy expertise to the Executive Branch, the Vermont State Board of Education, and the General Assembly on education issues.
