Vernor Material & Equipment Co., Inc. (VME) was started in 1958 by Kelso Vernor in Clute, Texas. The company was founded on the principle of providing excellent service with unquestioned integrity at competitive prices.
VME has grown from a two-person company to an organization which employs over two-hundred people. It is our people who make VME the business that it is today.
The VME team consists of many capable people who are trained and knowledgeable in heavy equipment operation, industrial construction, pipe fabrication, demolition, road building and maintenance, transportation, safety, environmental compliance, materials sales and processing, and recycling.
