Tenant Placement Services

This encompasses all the activities and events to place a well-qualified tenant in your property. Services include: 

- Marketing the property
- Showing prospective applicants
- Collecting and reviewing applications
- Completing full credit, criminal, background and employment checks (and anything else we deem relevant to approve the applicant)
- Negotiating the lease agreement
- Conducting a photo-documented, move-in condition report 
- Collecting all move-in funds and holding the security deposit in trust


Monthly Property Management

These are the activities and services involved in ensuring rent is paid on time, the property is maintained and handling any tenant or property issues that comes up over time.
