Vertical Cable, together with its parent company Chiptech Inc., has been serving the Information Technology and Communications industry since 1989.

In 2006, Vertical Cable refocused its business vision and transformed its operations, becoming a manufacturer and distributor of structured cabling and connectivity solutions for the networking, security, and AV industries.

In 2021, the company further strengthened its optical fiber capabilities by expanding its connectivity portfolio to include fiber connectors, enclosures, panels, cassettes, splicing solutions, termination hardware, installation tools, and testing products.

In 2024, Vertical Cable opened a new stocking location in Houston, Texas, further enhancing logistics capabilities and service across the United States.
