Vertical Spine is seeking funding to support the sales launch of its spinal biologic products, to conduct additional marketing studies to expand clinical indications, and to demonstrate superior economic outcomes. The company expects to develop additional claims of improved enhancement of bone formation in posterior lumbar arthrodesis, anterior cervical and minimally invasive indications. The Company’s PRFM technology has been cleared to market under FDA 510K broad orthopedic applications. CE Mark certification has also been granted for the Company’s FIBRINET technology.
