VertueLab is a nonprofit based in Portland, Oregon, with roots dating to 2007 when it began as Oregon BEST, a state-supported engine to advance cleantech startups. The organization functions as a bridge between innovators and the resources that fuel their work, offering acceleration programs designed to help companies grow and attract capital. In 2024, VertueLab launched Jumpstart to support BIPOC founders in climate tech and rolled out Portland–Seattle programs that culminate in its 45Camp Accelerator, reflecting an emphasis on inclusive programing and climate-focused innovation.
