VIA got its start as an investment division of Ambassador with primary functions in asset management and real estate investing. 

In 2017 we made a strategic move to alter our passive investment approach in real estate, emerging as an active developer and property management company. Our focus is Northeast Indiana and the Midwest, but our mission takes us across many regions and states. We source deals and projects, we develop, and we manage properties with excellence being our motivator. We aim to treat our tenants, clients, and investors as partners.
