Our History The Vilar-Hoynack Construction Company was founded by Frank Vilar and Arthur Hoynack. Partners in the construction industry since 1990, they have collectively managed over $2 Billion of complex construction projects in Florida and they understand the ever-changing construction industry and the challenges it represents to their clients. Their expertise comes from decades of developing expansions and renovations of healthcare facilities, higher education, K-12 education, biotech, senior living, and commercial facilities. Each brings unique skills and expertise to the organization. Frank Vilar has successfully led Operations departments for over 20 years and has completed some of the most signature projects in Florida. Over the last two decades, Arthur Hoynack has used his vision and initiative to develop what clients state to be one of the best Pre-Construction services process in the industry.
