Village Cannery of Vermont is a small food and beverage producer based in Barre, Vermont. Rooted in a 1970s cooperative of local Vermonters, the company adopted its current name and location in 1995 and shifted its focus toward organic canned foods, including salsas, relishes, and organic unsweetened applesauce, which became a leading product. The product lineup expanded to include apple cider vinegar and multiple Vermont Village recipes that incorporate vinegar. In 2018, the brand introduced a green tea beverage crafted with raw and organic apple cider vinegar, organic honey, and organic matcha. In 2019, the Vermont Village brand was acquired by Stonewall Kitchen.
