Vineyard 7 & 8 is a small family producing winery located at 2000ft on the top of Spring Mountain. A journey that began in 1999 by the Steffens family with a philosophy in winemaking that remains simple yet focused; Striving to produce premium handcrafted wines highlighting a sense of place within the Spring Mountain District through experience, passion and humility.

Winemaker Luc Morlet oversees a handcrafted process that includes careful hand sorting of the fruit and whole-berry fermentations to naturally produce wines that are true to their terroir. Vineyard 7 & 8 produces both Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay from their Estate vineyards and from a few select Spring Mountain growers.
