With little overhead, and not a dollar of long-term debt, VIPSEATS profitable from day one of the company's existence. The strategy was to deliver unprecedented customer service and to acquire quality event tickets for her clients.  The public was accustomed to buying tickets from behemoth TicketMaster who had a monopoly in most US markets.  Customer service was not their strong suit and it was difficult to acquire quality tickets to major sports, concerts and theatre events.  TicketMaster was and still is today, a company that satisfies sports teams and concert promoters and cares very little for the ticket buying public.

With her experience in the industry, Della knew she could develop a niche by offering top notch customer service and quality seating!  Over the years she's established her niche in the ticket business and her customers keep coming back for more!
