Virtcom Consulting is a management and training consultancy focused on driving diversity sustainability. Founded in 2000 and based in NYC, Virtcom supports client diversity sustainability through 3 strategic pillars:

Virtcom's Inclusive Business Skills courses are available in bite-sized modules  via elearning on iPads today and iPhones (June 2013).

In January 2013, Virtcom launched a new line of custom diversity practitioner certifications for advancing diversity practitioner skill development. The first course, d-ROI Blackbelt brought together some of the country's most innovative diversity practioners to NYC for a full day of skills building and knowledgshare, followed by 6 additional sessions of virtual meetups including weekly intensive Blackbelt homework. The second Blackbelt course kicked-off in March 2013, focused on the diversity talent lifecycle (d-Talent Blackbelt).
