Each project is created within a 3D atmosphere, allowing all parties involved to view the home in 3D before ground has been broken. In turn, dramatically reducing the chance for change orders during construction. Our Volume Department is dedicated to assisting volume/production home companies across the nation. Our proven process alleviates pain points builders experience repeatedly, including: inconsistencies in plans, long drafting turn times, drafting capacity issues, high costs, and more. We focus on modifying current base plans to include builder preferences and local codes before implementing them into our process. The outcome?
