We have transacted or developed real estate in several states across the country with offices in New York and Denver. During the financial crisis, we specialized in distressed real estate through the acquisition of REO properties and non-performing notes secured by real estate. In 2011, we shifted our focus locally to concentrate our energy on the Colorado Front Range area with a primary focus on Douglas County.

We offer the same business investment minded approach to the families we represent as our multibillion-dollar corporate clients. Similarly, we also strive to provide the same caring personal touch to our corporate clients as we do the families we take care of.

Vision Properties was contrived out of the diverse real estate background of Vision Properties' founder and President Thomas Niewohner. His extensive commercial, investment and development experience coupled with his residential brokerage experience creates the perfect combination of balance.
