Ogden is home to the Ogden-Eccles Conference Center and other community venues including Union Station, Peery’s Egyptian Theater and the Golden Spike Event Center. Every year, they host and coordinate the visits of dozens of top-tier journalists, media outlets and TV and film productions and meetings and events. 

Visit Ogden works closely with major event productions including state, regional, national, and world-championship athletic events as well as locally produced events like the Ogden Marathon, Ogden Restaurant Week, and last year’s Heritage Festival celebrating the 150th anniversary of the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad which welcomed well over 100,000 visitors to Ogden over a three-day period.
