Vista Abstract provides real estate settlement services, escrow services and title insurance. 

We specialize in working with commercial real estate transactions, high-volume residential loan originators and reverse mortgage originators. Commercial operators and full-time investors are one of our specialties. We add value by expertly managing bumps and unforeseen challenges in getting to settlement.  As the title and settlement provider, we coordinate many parties in the transaction.
