Vista Abstract provides real estate settlement services, escrow services and title insurance. 

We specialize in working with commercial real estate transactions, high-volume residential loan originators and reverse mortgage originators. Commercial operators and full-time investors are one of our specialties.  We have vast experience with commercial and investment properties and buyers ranging from small investors to LP or REIT buyers and transactions with many moving parts.  We add value by expertly managing bumps and unforeseen challenges in getting to settlement.  As the title and settlement provider, we coordinate many parties in the transaction.  Open and strong communication and planning for scenarios that haven't yet occurred are the name of the game with commercial real estate transactions.  For operators and investors that need or want, we also offer consulting over financing, structure and due diligence.  

Few title companies understand the reverse mortgage transaction the way we do.  Regulatory compliance for originators is changing almost weekly and we're at the front of the reverse mortgage marketplace helping to interpret and deliver the settlement solutions you need to originate more HECMs.  

Volume residential mortgage originators have big needs when it comes to vendors that touch their transactions.  Volume simply can not happen without title insurance, settlement services, appraisal management companies, underwriters and processing all working in concert.  There are a lot of moving parts in mortgage lending.  Often this means a customized process and a flexible and very competent title company.
